Ministry Health Assessment

More than just helpful information, this service prepares you for action by evaluating the overall health of your ministry. As a result of this multifaceted process, leaders are able to test assumptions and make appropriate adjustments within their unique ministry context before making significant decisions about the direction and future ministry development. This process adds credibility to leaders who seek objective data.
Descriptions
Level 1: Basic Assessment
· Customized Survey
· Demographic Report
· Data tabulated and sent to you via U.S. Mail
Note: This service usually works most effectively 12-18 months after you have already completed the Standard or Comprehensive Assessment process.
Level 2: Standard Assessment
· Customized Survey (web delivered or paper delivered)
· Demographic Report
· 5-7 Confidential Interviews
· 3-5 page written report of our key findings and recommendations
· Data tabulated, interpreted and presented to the leadership of your ministry by our consultant(s)
Level 3: Comprehensive Assessment
· Customized Survey (web delivered or paper delivered)
· Demographic Report
· 12-20 Confidential Interviews
· Complete Document Review (Constitution, Annual Reports, All key documents relative to Vision and Vision, Financial Reports, Website, Planning Documents)
· 15 page written report of our key findings, strengths, weaknesses, and suggested priorities
· Data tabulated, up to 5 additional cross-tabs, data interpreted and presented to the leadership of your ministry by our consultant(s)
· 3 hour Strategic Planning Meeting (3-4 weeks following the report)
· Unlimited access to our consultants via phone, or email during the contract (6-18 months)
· 3 hour follow-up or implementation meeting with the ministry’s leadership
· Additional survey 18-24 months later to assess progress and needed adjustments
Fees
Our fees are determined by the services you request and your ability to pay. Our consultants will prepare a proposal outlining your precise costs and deliverables. If your ministry would benefit from our services but does not have the resources please let us know. We would be glad to discuss the possibility of providing a charitable discount to offset a portion of these cost. Our consultants are also available on a per hour fee.
