Benefits
Almost every ministry will eventually experience a crisis. More severe examples include a leader involved in pornography, sexual immorality, child abuse, insubordination, or embezzlement. More common are conflicts resulting in a Pastor or Director being requested to step down due to either performance issues or conflict with the board. Either way, most organizations are uncertain what to do during such stressful times and how to lead with wisdom and integrity. The Center’s consultants can come along side of you, helping you to lead well, stabilize your ministry, make wise decisions and successfully execute your decisions.
