ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
The Center can assist your ministry in determining if the current human resource structure and organizational chart is the most effective and appropriate for your goals, mission, and vision. This analysis will consider reporting, governance, and management structures for the organization. With the understanding of alternate governance structures, our consultants will assist you in developing or refining existing structures and procedures.
RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION GUIDANCE
The Center provides guidance to your ministry in navigating the process of recruiting and selecting staff. This guidance includes determining how to establish a strategic plan and process to source candidates, qualify candidates, establish the parameters for a selection process, and develop an employment contract or job offer within the bounds of accepted professional standards.
EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK REVIEW
As a part of the Human Resource audit or as an independent project, our staff will conduct a review of the existing manual or contract to write and develop a policy manual and recommend the appropriate rules, regulations, and policies.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT REVIEW
The Center consultants have an understanding of how to use and apply national and/or local survey data and wage and benefit analysis to assist your ministry in assessing fair ‘Total Compensation’ schedules for the internal staff. Assisting the organization in developing and maintaining appropriate compensation packages will help ensure recruitment and retention of the most qualified staff.
Fees
Our fees are determined by the services you request and your ability to pay. Our consultants will prepare a proposal outlining your precise costs and deliverables. If your ministry would benefit from our services but does not have the resources please let us know. We would be glad to discuss the possibility of providing a charitable discount. Our consultants are also available on a per hour fee.
