The benefits or consequences of how you handle these situations can profoundly impact your ministry for years to come. Our consultants can guide you through each facet of the process to help protect, maintain or restore ministry health.

MINISTRY FIT
We provide guidance during all types of transitions such as termination, retirement, succession planning, and adding new staff positions. One of the most important factors in successful ministry leadership is Ministry Fit. This has to do with who you are, the expectations associated with what you do, and the context and culture in which you serve with others. Organizations and ministries change. As a result, some who used to fit well may no longer be a good fit due to new skill sets that are needed, or altered expectations within a changed environment. A good fit has to do with balancing multiple factors of which you may have limited or no control. Assessing properly how staff members are performing is an area of expertise for the Center staff.
HIRING NEW STAFF
There is more to making a great hire than just finding a good candidate. We assist ministries in forming their search team and provide the ministry with the necessary tools to make the best hire possible. Some of the ways we assist are as follows.
· Develop a hiring process checklist to insure that vital steps are not overlooked
· Guide the representatives of the search team, establishing appropriate protocols
· Review and provide feedback on the job description and literature packet
· Administer the ASSESS Selection Profile to the candidate and provide the ministry with a complete report with follow-up questions for you to probe with the candidate
· Provide various background searches
· Design employment agreements
· Provide connection to our network of leading national search firms
· Establish a communication plan related to informing your ministry family and candidates of status throughout the process
· Maintain availability for questions and coaching via phone and/or e-mail throughout the length of the Service Agreement
Fees
Our fees are determined by the services you request and your ability to pay. Our consultants will prepare a proposal outlining your precise costs and deliverables. If your ministry would benefit from our services but does not have the resources please let us know. We would be glad to discuss the possibility of providing a charitable discount. Our consultants are also available on a per hour fee.
