GUIDANCE AND COACHING FOR THE FOLLOWING:
- Understanding your fundraising culture and designing a program suited to that culture, we assist you in developing fundraising, debt, and ethics philosophy statements that provide the framework for your program.
- The Case Statement is a master document passionately articulating the compelling vision of identified priorities for the future of your ministry. A carefully planned process develops this document with input from critical constituencies.
- A Feasibility Study is one of the most effective ways to ensure your readiness and success for a major fundraising process. Some ministries move forward without having an accurate understanding of whether there is support for the vision and how much commitment may come from those with the greatest financial resources. This study will help avoid a premature start or failed effort which ultimately may undermine the credibility of leadership and create an environment of reluctance to participate fully in the next fundraising attempt. Capacity for both current AND deferred gifts is tested.
- A Critical Path Plan coordinates all the moving pieces of a major gifts effort or campaign. Use of the case statement, point-of-entry events, identifying, engaging and asking donors, and communications strategies are designed in a master plan.
- Preparation of Fundraising Plan (including guidance on special events) and Communications Plan including web-based and email strategies.
- Training, coaching, and mentoring during the process ensures focus and stewardship of time and resources. The latest trends, research, technology, and planning is brought to the table.
