Benefits
A complete feasibility study is one of the most effective ways to ensure your readiness and success for a major fundraising process. Some ministries move forward without having an accurate understanding of whether there is support for the vision and how much commitment may come from those to whom God has entrusted the greatest financial resources. This study will help avoid a premature start or failed campaign.

Description
Case Statement Development
Our consultants will jointly work with your ministry in developing this document that is used to test the present support of your vision and funding priorities.
The Planning/Feasibility Study
The Planning/Feasibility Study is a critical step in the fundraising process. Prior to entering a major fundraising initiative, a study must be conducted to determine how the campaign is directed and what is achievable.
This study assesses the ability of your ministry to raise a specific amount of money while also identifying strengths and concerns. It also tests the assumptions your ministry is making as the basis for its campaign. This study will include a pre-determined number of confidential interviews [in person, via phone, and some anonymous], a written report, and presentation of findings at a leadership meeting. The following are key objectives of the study:
· Assess the strengths and weaknesses of your church’s fundraising
strategy
· Assess various priority elements of the campaign
· Determine if specific financial goals are realistic
· Identify sources of funding and potential leaders and volunteers for the
campaign
· Determine proper timing for the campaign
· Give people an opportunity to share constructive concerns that may affect the campaign
The results will provide your ministry with the following in a written report and presentation:
· An approximation of the amount of money that can be raised
· An approximate time frame for receipt of funds
· Potential volunteer leadership
· Rating of interest in the priorities
· Constructive input for planning forward steps
· Recommendations and suggestions for methodology and process
· Suggested strategies for improving the stewardship program
· Suggested strategies for implementing a deferred giving program
