Dwight offers over 26 years’ experience in all aspects of non-profit, foundation, and philanthropic work. He is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University (B.A. Communications) and Wheaton College Graduate School (M.A. Broadcasting and Fundraising), and has earned certificates in Executive Development and Effective Management Techniques from Cornell University’s Johnson School and Vanderbilt University’s Owens Graduate School of Management respectively. His past affiliations include Geneva Global (as Senior Vice-President), World Evangelical Alliance/Fellowship (as Director of International Secretariat/North American Director), Slavic Gospel Association (as Assistant to the President), China Source (as Board Chairperson). Currently he serves on the board of the Simpson Park Campmeeting Association (Board Vice Chairman and head of the Future Development Committe) and the Billy Graham Center (as Advisory Board member). A senior-level leader with worldwide knowledge and connections, Dwight brings extensive experience in international grant management, philanthropic advising, fundraising, communications, board leadership, and people management.DONNA JACOBINI, Client Services Coordinator Donna coordinates all major services of the Center including project management, leadership support and client connection. She's been a member of the Calvary Church staff for the past 16 years where she has enjoyed an active ministry life. Donna served as a member of the Executive Board of Plumstead Christian School for 12 years. She is a graduate of Gwynedd-Mercy College, Gwynedd Valley, PA (BS, Business Education). SAMUEL H. KULP, Client Services Specialist Sam serves as one of the Center's client service specialists. He is a retiree of Merck & Co., Inc., where he served in increasing levels of leadership in the Safety Assessment Department for thirty-four years. Sam is a graduate of Easter Mennonite University, Harrisonburg, VA (BA Biology with certification in secondary education). He has been an active teacher and leader in the Church for the past forty years. WAYNE K. LYNCH, Consultant Wayne is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary (M.A.), Temple University (M.Ed.), and Rider University (B.S. Marketing / Management). He is an Advanced Certified Fundraising Executive (ACFRE) by the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP). As a consultant, Wayne brings over 30 years of experience in finance and fundraising. DAVE MARKS, Consultant Dave has over 25 years of church ministry experience including 23 years as a senior pastor. He has a B.R.E. degree from Baptist Bible College and Seminary and an M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Philadelphia Biblical University. Dave’s consulting experience includes ministry assessment, leadership coaching, and strategic planning. STEVEN K. MOYER, Consultant Steve has over 20 years of leadership and management experience including human resources and consulting. His education includes Eastern University (B.S.), Temple University (M.B.A.), and The George Washington University (Ed.D). Steve brings extensive experience including leadership coaching, human resources, personnel selection, and strategic planning. THOMAS D. SKINNER, Consultant Thomas D. Skinner, CFRE, began his career in non-profit management and fundraising more than a quarter century ago with Houghton College (Houghton, NY). He has served as the chief development officer with two graduate theological seminaries and a private university. A graduate of Houghton (BA, 1980), he also earned the Master of Science degree in student personnel administration from the State University College of New York at Buffalo, NY (1985). Thom serves regularly as a speaker, workshop leader, and faculty member for a variety of organizations. He has also consulted for numerous non-profit organizations in the areas of strategic planning, leadership development, and fundraising. CHARLES H. ZIMMERMAN, Consultant Charles serves as Thomas V. Taylor Professor of Practical Theology at Biblical Theological Seminary. A gifted communicator, Charles also serves as the Teaching Pastor at Calvary Church in Souderton, PA. He is a graduate of West Chester University (B.S.), Biblical Theological Seminary (M.A. and M.Div.), and Westminster Theological Seminary, (D.Min.). Jay is the Executive Director of The Center for Ministry Advancement and serves on the Senior Leadership Team at Calvary Church of Souderton. He is a graduate of Philadelphia Biblical University (B.S.), Pennsylvania State University (M.Ed.), and The Union Institute and University (Ph.D.). Jay brings experience in the areas of ministry assessment, leadership coaching, decision-making, and strategic questioning.
Jerry is a Certified Public Accountant with over 50 years experience in accounting, tax, and consulting services. His expertise lies primarily in the areas of financial consulting, systems management, and accounting services. He has served on a number of non-profit boards and has helped numerous privately-held businesses and non-profit organizations to grow and achieve their goals. Jerry is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Christian Management Association. His past affiliations include serving for 40 years as the managing partner of a large CPA firm, CEO for World Team USA, Trustee of the Grandview Hospital Foundation, and Trustee of Biblical Theological Seminary.
Brent has over 16 years of church and para-church ministry experience, including 10 in a large-church ministry environment. He also has two years' experience as an Organizational Development Coordinator for a regional firm, along with overseeing the firm’s training and development center. Brent has a Bachelor of Science from Philadelphia Biblical University (B.S.) and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (M.S.) from Philadelphia Biblical University. He has also done studies at Biblical Theological Seminary (M. Div. program) and at Argosy University (Ed. D. Organizational Leadership program). Brent's consulting experience includes process improvement, performance measurements, and performance training.
